Is there a free version?

Yes, and it is not a countdown. Fourteen tools are free and unlimited with no account at all. The other eleven give you five uses a day, every day, for free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page whenever you like — no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Is annual cheaper than monthly?

Yes — $44.99 a year works out to about $3.75 a month, roughly 25% less than paying monthly. You choose monthly or annual on your account page when you upgrade.

Do you add a watermark to my files on the free plan?

No. PDF Cubby never stamps your documents on any plan. What you upload is what you get back, minus whatever you asked us to change.

Do I need an account?

Not for the fourteen free tools — open one and go. You only need an account to pass five uses a day on the heavier tools, or to subscribe.

What payment methods do you take?

Card payments, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Is my file kept while I am subscribed?

No — the plan you are on makes no difference to this. Your file is discarded the moment your download is ready, on Free and on Pro alike.
